Indoors
The living areas are composed of the liivng room, the dining table (the bar of the kitchen) and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. You have a direct access to the terrace thanks to a bay windows, letting the sun enters all day long.
The two bedrooms are bright and have their bathroom in the same room as the bed.
Outdoors
The terrace offers a beautiful view over the tropical landscape and the waters of the marina. You can enjoy a good barbecue on the outdoor dining table, with some fresh air.
There is a seating area, perfect to relax with your loved ones uring your holidays.

Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 % - 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time - For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
