Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace, fan, balcony.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Note: in bedroom 2, the toilet is in the bathroom but closed by a door.


Indoors 

The villa's interior spaces are designed for comfort and conviviality. The first level features a large living area comprising a lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen. The lounge is furnished with soft sofas, elegant armchairs and a coffee table, creating the perfect setting for relaxation or family evenings. The adjacent dining room, with a solid wood table and matching chairs, is ideal for enjoying meals together.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, oven, induction and gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. These high-quality facilities make meal preparation easy and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.

On the second level, an open-plan area with a bar and seating area invites you to relax and enjoy a lively chat. 


Outdoors 

The exterior of the villa is a haven of peace. On the first level, a spacious deck with a small swimming pool (4 x 2.5m; depth: 1.2m) allows you to cool off while admiring the spectacular view of the lagoon and ocean. Sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun or reading a book in a soothing setting.

The second level also features a deck with a pergola where you can relax in the shade while enjoying the sea breeze. This area is ideal for relaxing or sunset aperitifs.

The villa is set high up, offering breathtaking panoramic views. wild and luxuriant vegetation surrounds the house, adding a touch of greenery and freshness to this luxurious setting. Private parking in the courtyard provides additional security and convenience.



Staff & Services

House staff are on hand 5 days a week to clean and maintain the villa. Their role is not to provide a hotel service.
Several takeaway options nearby.
On request and at an additional cost: 
- The housekeeper can prepare typical local dishes (overtime),
- Or you can hire a chef for a more elaborate service.
Wifi is included in the rental price, but is very limited in the region.


Location

The villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area, offering absolute tranquillity. Its seafront position provides direct access to the pleasures of the beach and ocean.
Golfers will be delighted to know that there are six golf courses within a 45-minute drive, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy their favourite sport.
